Students

After completing the online registration, the student validation form must be completed and signed by your supervisor to ensure you get the student registration rate.

You must bring a copy of this form, with the original signature of your supervisor, to the registration desk at the meeting.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy is as follow:

A 50 € administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations before August 31st, 2004. No refunds will be issued after this date.
