The MICCAI 2004 tutorials were held on
September 26, 2004.
These tutorials aimed at complementing and enhancing the scientific programme
of MICCAI 2004. Their purpose was to provide educational material for
training new professionals in the field of medical image processing, medical
robotics and image assisted intervention (student, clinicians, new researchers
in the field). They also provided discussion of technical and application
issues.
The final program was composed of three tutorials in the morning and three
